We were traveling cross country and hit a deer. Jason came to our rescue. We didn’t know what to expect, but he stayed with us through the whole experience. He towed our rental car to the nearest airport, waited for us to get another vehicle, and helped us unload our car. He was friendly and went above and beyond. If more people were like Jason the world would be a better place. Thanks Jason! From the couple from California. P.S. He deserves a raise!

You know the worst time to try and choose a towing service? When you’re stranded on the interstate in the rain at 8pm after your tire literally explodes while you’re moving your son home from college for the summer. You know the best time to find out if a towing service is absolutely AWESOME? When you’re stranded on the interstate in the rain at 8pm after your tire literally explodes while you’re moving your son home from college for the summer. And when I say it blew, I mean it went BOOOOOM!!! I was able to safely get the car to the side of the road, and I basically did a quick search for towing companies (after we’d called my wife and my heart rate was back down to under 300bpm). Justin from Southtown Wrecker was there within 45 minutes, we couldn’t have gotten a better, nicer, more professional person to help us. Yes, we were paying customers, but Justin genuinely seemed to enjoy making, as he said, “…our worst night a little bit better.” Our safety was his priority, and he was just so helpful! I’m normally not at a lo

Son managed to break four of five lug nuts off of his driver side front tire. Justin arrived to tow the car home so I could properly repair the car. Justin was awesome, and extremely helpful. If it was not for Justin I would have never gotten the car home. If you need a car towed ask for Justin. Phenomenal service!!
